Photovoltaic Project at the Piedras Tolima Aqueduct

The municipality of Piedras, Tolima, is taking a firm step toward energy efficiency with the installation of a photovoltaic solar system at its aqueduct. This project consists of 108 solar panels rated at 620W each, reaching a total installed capacity of 66.96 kWp.

Thanks to this implementation, the aqueduct significantly reduces its operating costs, generating savings of over $7,000,000 COP per month. This not only represents financial relief but also a strong commitment to clean and sustainable energy.
